Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189)

Through this visa type, the applicant will be eligible to apply for permanent residency and also will be able to nominate their eligible relatives for permanent residency. Moreover, the applicants will be able to work or study in any part of Australia while having this visa.

Eligibility criteria required:

1. Should have an occupation that is being listed in the skilled occupation list.
2. Have conducted the skill assessment for the occupation.
3. Must be invited to apply for this visa.
4. Must have a satisfactory level of points from the points test.
5. Must be under 45 years of age.
