Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

Through this visa also, the applicant can apply for permanent residency and will be able to nominate their relatives who are eligible for permanent residency. The applicant can work or study anywhere in the nominated state in Australia.

Eligibility criteria required:

1. Should have an occupation that is listed in the skilled occupation list.
2. Have conducted the skill assessment for the occupation.
3. Must be invited to apply for this visa.
4. Must have a satisfactory level of English language competency.

Must be under 45 years of age.
